Chipper day and very loved doggies!

Hi All,

We have had a lovely Monday! Mummy has been home all day working on her computer, she has been in a very good mood telling us that she must hurry up and plant her sweet peas. (she still hasn't done them!)We had a ride out with Chris to do the horses, he is off work today too and took us with him to put 'Beavis and Butthead' to bed. Mummy normally does this but tonight she was catching up with a design buddy talking about work stuff, I was quite bored and as the heating had gone off, I was glad to do something active.
Mummy has lots of dog paintings to do, we have yet to see the terrier's we met last Friday, immortalized in this blog. This was a chance meeting, Mummy was up early to help her friend move house, she took her and her house mate a bacon sandwich, for the boys, who were doing the lifting, (and those doing the talking) she took cake. The bacon smelt so good in the car, I was very jealous when the sandwiches were given out, each wrapped in tinfoil with a purple napkin. Chris had made them and written their names on the top so no one accidentally ate mummy's (she always has hot chilli on hers which is disgusting!)
The moving seemed to take all day, we were allowed out to meet one of the new house mates two terriers, they were both girls, one larger one about four and the smaller one, about two. The smaller one looked like mummy's old dog Bovril. We had the opportunity to inspect the new garden which is very nice, the terriers showed us round, I think they are seasoned 'mouser's' they certainly looked the part, the larger one looked like a 'propper ratter' with some scars to prove it. I thought I might look better with a battle scar then decided against it at the thought of killing a rat. Yoda & Bovril, (mummy's old girls) were fine ratters, apparently Yoda was phenomenal, moving from one to the next in less than a second, she killed seven in less than a minute when mummy was on a farm. (Hurry told me this) I can see why they are still missed now! I will never be a ratter, but I will never run off either which is a trait mummy hated about Yoda and Bov. I have heard her say many times 'needed a bloody garden with a lid on it for those two buggers'
Anyway, I am going to finish this later on as I have some important business to attend to.

Laters,

Pop's
